A.        FULL REGISTRATION FEE 

In order for a paper to be published, one of the authors from each paper must pay the full registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper. The conference registration fee for each accepted paper is as follows:

1. For publication in IEEE Xplore®: 4.000.000 VND (150 USD).

2. For publication in the conference proceedings with ISBN: 2.500.000 VND (100 USD).

The full registration fees include:

-           Publication;

-           Admission to all scientific sessions;

-           Conference materials, including badge 

-           Coffee breaks, lunch during the event;

-           Gala dinner.

B.        ACCOMPANYING PERSON REGISTRATION FEE

Additional purchase for an accompanying person is $50 USD or 1.400.000 VNĐ. The extra charge includes:

-           Badge;

-           Coffee breaks, lunch during the event;

-           Gala dinner.

Registration includes: attendance of conference delegates to the scientific sessions, conference proceeding, gala dinner, lunches and coffee breaks. Registration fee payment will not be refunded for any reasons. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.

Conference delegates must make the registration fee payment through bank wire transfer and send relevant scanned copy of the payment document to the email atigb@ute.udn.vn.
